Shaker Heights Memorial Day Parade
Friends of Kaus for Shaker Heights City Council
The City of Shaker Heights Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony is held annually on Memorial Day. The Ceremony begins at 9 am at City Hall, and the parade follows immediately after.
The parade proceeds east in the westbound lane of Van Aken Boulevard to the Van Aken District. Participants in the Parade can walk, ride a bicycle, skateboard, or roller skate/rollerblade. Animals are permitted as long as they are on a leash or in a carrier such that they are under the control of a person able to maintain control throughout the Parade.
Following the parade, we will have Mitchell’s Ice Cream in the green space directly outside of Mitchell’s.
